Cancellation Policy

By booking one of our services - except for removals - you agree to pay a €20 deposit in advance. The rest is paid in the salon after you received the treatment. Your deposit will go to the full amount of your booked treatment. If you cancel 24 in advance, the €20 deposit will go towards your new appointment. If you cancel in less than 24 hours before the appointment, it is no longer possible to receive a refund of the €20 deposit.
